Louisville Urban League in cooperation with Louisville Chapter of the NAACP and Kentucky Commission on Human Rights invites you to join us for a special memorial eventcelebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Maya Angelou
Friday, June 6, 2014 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The local tribute, which is the day before the family’s private memorial service in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, will include readings from Dr. Angelou's poetry, as well as video excerpts of her presenting her poetry to others.
