Neighborhood Revitalization  is the League's initiative to help area residents to develop leadership skills and form neighborhood associations to improve their neighborhoods.  This is a continuation to the work the League did with Project REBOUND the League's housing development arm that built and sold 47 single family homes in the historic Russell neighborhood. REBOUND stands for REBuilding Our Urban Neighborhood Dwellings and commenced in 1992 to provide quality housing for neighborhood residents and/or professionals seeking to locate in West Louisville. As a result, the League was instrumental in forming C.A.R.R. the Concerned Association of Russell Residents.

Home Ownership Training Program		Comprehensive education program that prepares clients for home ownership
Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM)		Assists clients learn how to convert accumulated equity into cash.
Mortgage Default / Delinquency Assistance		Assists clients develop strategies to correct mortgage delinquencies and avoid the fear of losing their home.
