What to bring with you: Your mortgage or deed of trust. Your property deed. All recent correspondence from the mortgage company or its attorney. Any documentation from the courts or the sheriff regarding a foreclosure. Proof of all sources of income (Alimony, child support, social security, etc.) Most recent pay stubs for all employment for one month. All bank statements for past 2 months. List of current expenses and bills. Complete, signed tax returns-2010 & 2011. Photo ID. Utility bill showing homeowner name and property address . Divorce decree or bankruptcy papers, if applicable.
Information about other mortgages on your home. If self-employed, most recent quarterly or year-to-date Profit & Loss Statement.
