What to bring with you:

 Your mortgage or deed of trust.

 Your property deed.

 All recent correspondence from the mortgage company or its attorney.

 Any documentation from the courts or the sheriff regarding a foreclosure.

 Proof of all sources of income (Alimony, child support, social security, etc.)

 Most recent pay stubs for all employment for one month.

 All bank statements for past 2 months.

 List of current expenses and bills.

 Complete, signed tax returns-2010 & 2011.

 Photo ID.

 Utility bill showing homeowner name and property address .

 Divorce decree or bankruptcy papers, if applicable.

 IRS Form 4506T-EZ (Request for Transcript of Tax Return).

 Information about other mortgages on your home.

 If self-employed, most recent quarterly or year-to-date Profit & Loss Statement.
